The Westin Tube Steps mounting brackets are powder coated. They use the factory provided running board mounting holes in the rocker panels. I have checked the install instructions for the Dee-Zee and the Pilot Automotive Tube Steps offered for your vehicle, they all mount in the same manner. GM trucks use the body mount bolts as an attachment point, but Dodge uses the rocker panels.
